This tree fell in our back yard last year- and as you can see it’s rather dead. But as we don’t own a super powered chain saw and our ability to move it is limited (we don’t own a truck), it’s been pushed down the list of yard/garden things we’d like to do. So, I had the idea to hide it… I mean make a stumpery out of it. Who am I kidding- I’m desperately trying to hide it, LOL.
So I grabbed some of last years seeds gathering from the morning glories we plants and threw in some dirt, the seeds and watered them. And kept my fingers crossed. Here’s where we’re at now. I couldn’t believe how many seeds have popped so far!
